SHIPPING

All shipments are F.O.B. Indianapolis, IN. “Damaged Freight” or “Loss Claims” are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages are shipped United Parcel Service, freight costs will be based on level of service chosen. Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air and Next Day Air Early AM packages will be sent UPS or similar and are the listed charges for the appropriate service level.

Returns

  • Chemicals and Electrical Components cannot be resold, therefore are not returnable.
  • All accessories may be returned if “unopened and in original condition”
  • Returns must be in original package and in resalable condition without damage of any kind.
  • All merchandise must be received within 30 days of original purchase or will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned goods must be returned to Royal Spa Corp, 2041 W Epler Ave. Indianapolis, IN freight pre-paid.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
  • Credit will be applied to credit card used in original purchase, no cash refunds will be made.
