Returnable Items

  • Chemicals, Non-Electrical Parts, and Accessories:

    • These items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

      • Chemicals must have an intact safety seal.

      • Non-electrical parts and accessories must be in original, unopened packaging.

      • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

    • Opened or used items (except chemicals with intact safety seals) are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Spas (Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Portable Baptistries, Float Tanks, Cold Plunge):

    • These items are final sale and non-returnable once delivered.

    • Hot tubs and swim spas require a non-refundable deposit, specified at purchase.

    • Portable baptistries require 100% payment upfront, which is non-refundable.

  • Electrical Parts (e.g., Pumps, Heaters, Command Centers):

    • These items are non-returnable due to the inability to verify their condition after use.

  • Chemicals:

    • Chemicals without a safety seal or with a removed safety seal are non-returnable.

  • Custom or Special Order Items:

    • These items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items or order errors.

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt, and approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Indianapolis, IN. “Damaged Freight” or “Loss Claims” are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages are shipped United Parcel Service, freight costs will be based on level of service chosen. Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air and Next Day Air Early AM packages will be sent UPS or similar and are the listed charges for the appropriate service level.
