A Swim Spa and a Hot Tub in One Heated Shell

If you have been looking at a pool with a hot tub attached, the Royal Swim Spa puts both in one 15-foot unit. One end has a swim current strong enough to swim, jog or walk against without hitting a wall. The other end has jetted seats for a long soak when you are done. It is heated, insulated and covered, so you can use it in January as easily as in July.

We build every Royal Swim Spa at our factory on Epler Avenue in Indianapolis, where Royal Spa has made hot tubs and swim spas since 1981. We sell it factory-direct, and we ship it nationwide.

Who It’s For

• Swimmers and anyone who wants daily exercise at home. Swim in place, run against the current or do a water workout without driving to a gym or a public pool. For ideas, see our swim spa workout routines.
• People who want a gentler way to move. Water supports part of your body weight, so walking or swimming against the current feels easier on the body than a run on pavement.
• Families. Two built-in bucket seats handle a soak for two; with plastic outdoor chairs in the water, you can seat up to 14. Kids can play in the swim area while adults use the jets.
• Yards too small for a pool. At 7′10″ wide and 15′ long, it fits spaces where an inground pool will not.

The Swim Current and Jets

Six swim jets, driven by three pumps, push a steady current down the length of the spa. You set the strength, from an easy pace for water walking to a hard push for interval training. In total the Royal Swim Spa has 17 jets, including the jets in its dedicated recovery seats.

Built to Handle Epsom Salt

Warranty

Every Royal Swim Spa is covered for 40 years on the structure, 10 years on the surface and 3 years on parts, with an extended warranty available for purchase. Royal Spa is the manufacturer, and we handle the warranty ourselves.

Shipping and Delivery

The Royal Swim Spa ships nationwide, so you can order one wherever you live. Delivery timing depends on the options you choose and our current build schedule. Use the form below or ask your showroom for a delivery estimate.

Before it arrives, you will need:

• A level, load-bearing base. A reinforced concrete pad or equivalent surface. Filled, the spa weighs about 18,850 lbs. Your contractor or our team can help with your site’s requirements.
• Power. A dedicated 240V / 50A GFCI circuit, installed by a licensed electrician.
• A clear path in. Measure the route from the street to the pad. The spa is 7′10″ wide and 15′ long, so gates, fences, trees and tight corners all matter.
